This is an easy and delicious recipe that vegans and gluten intolerant cake lovers can all enjoy.
Wet ingredients
– 3 ripe bananas, mashed
– 100g milk (almond, soya, etc)
– 120g sugar
Mix all the above ingredients until you obtain a smooth butter
Dry ingredients
– salt (half tea spoon)
– cinnamon (1 tea spoon)
– 220 rice flour
– 16g baking powder
Add the dry ingredients to the butter and mix well.
