During half term holidays my brother, mom, and cousins joined me for a trip to try out an early morning Zumba class. The class started with everyone dancing to the beats and we all had an amazing time.

Our instructor Marriasa started with some light stretches to aid the body in intermittent low and high-intensity workouts; after every song we had a short break. This was to target our cardiovascular system. It was a great opportunity for people of all ages to have fun and bond with each other. Our Zumba instructor was amazing, friendly, and interactive, and the setting is large and spacious. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I’d love to do again. I would definitely recommend it to a friend

Pricing- The activity is just £2, a great deal made possible by Zest’s generous support. Children have the privilege of participating for free. This affordable pricing made sure that everyone can join in and be part of the event, including those who face disadvantages.

There is a Pilates session immediately after Zumba if you choose to continue. If you are interested please contact Syretta from Zest as they have various options for exercise classes.
