People in Killingbeck and Seacroft are being asked to help identify where dozens of new street litter bins should be placed, as the ward prepares to secure up to 30 brand new bin locations.

The rollout is part of a major citywide expansion that will see 1,000 new bins installed across Leeds, increasing the current stock by around 25%. It follows the 12 new bins added in the ward in summer 2022 after local consultation.

The new bins are being manufactured in Yorkshire and will be installed at completely new sites.

Residents are now being encouraged to suggest precise locations where a bin would make the biggest difference. People can comment with a nearby address or a what3words reference, send a direct message, or complete the online consultation which you can find here:  https://rebrand.ly/councilconsultation
