The former North Gipton Children’s Centre is set to be auctioned off next week – with offers over £190,000 encouraged.

The auction for the council-owned property will be held on December 4.

a listing on auction website Pugh says: “A freehold plot of approximately 0.47 acres (0.19 hectares) comprising a former children’s centre and car park.

“The property may be suitable for redevelopment/change of use, subject to any necessary consents. The building offers accommodation over a single storey and has recently been occupied before being made vacant. The site is bound by fencing on all sides and is accessed at it’s northern edge via Thorn Walk.”

As reported by West Leeds Dispatch, a listed former school in Bramley will also be auctioned for £450,000 as Leeds Council looks to raise money.
