- Demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings and construction of new build apartment building comprising of 9 flats – NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO 22/00019/FU – Internal layouts of Apartment 3, 4 7 & 8 amended, and external Ground Floor terrace locations amended, 28 Ring Road, Shadwell, Leeds LS17 8NJ.
- Variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans) to previously approved Planning Application 18/07433/FU (437 dwellings with new roads, open space, landscaping, drainage and associated works) to now build all Livorno house types within parcel C with a gabled roof rather than with a hipped roof to allow additional PV panels to be fitted, Radial Park, Manston Lane, Leeds LS15 8ST.

Gipton and Harehills ward

Killingbeck and Seacroft ward
