A new ADHD support group is now open to adults across Leeds, including those in East Leeds who’d like to connect with others and share experiences in a supportive space.

The group meets every Wednesday from 5pm to 6pm, with weekly online sessions and an in-person meet-up on the last Wednesday of each month at Headingley Community Hub & Library.

It’s open to anyone looking for understanding, advice or simply a friendly space to talk about living with ADHD.

For details or to join, email projectdevelopmentteam@leeds.gov.uk or call 07851 101122.
