A monthly peer support group is supporting parents/expectant East Leeds parents with their mental wellbeing.
In their recent campaign, Aldi advertised PANDAS peer support group with printing on baby wipes to raise support surrounding perinatal mental health.
With products carrying the PANDAS logo, signs and symptoms to look out for, and a QR code to link directly to support, their partnership has become national.
PANDAS works to offer hope, empathy and support to every parent, carer or network affected by perinatal mental illness.
- One in five parents experience a mental health problem during or after pregnancy.
- Many suffer in silence, but local families are now being signposted to help via Aldi’s baby products.
- This means thousands of your readers could discover support they didn’t know existed, right here in their community.
The East Leeds group meets monthly in Garforth and is welcoming new members.
