- Retrospective application for dormer window to the rear, 8 Kennerleigh Drive, Austhorpe, Leeds LS15 8RZ.
- Certificate of Proposed Lawful Development for an extension to the gable, dormer window to the rear and rooflights to front, 35 Ring Road, Halton, Whitkirk, Leeds LS15 8RH.
Gipton and Harehills ward
- Single storey side and rear extension and alterations, 1 Hares Road, Chapeltown, Leeds LS8 4LL.
- Retrospective application for conversion of the existing two flats on the first and second floors into four flats with the addition of a window in the dormer to rear, 1 Sandhurst Place, Harehills, Leeds LS8 3QW.
Killingbeck and Seacroft ward
- Single storey front extension with conversion of attached garage to habitable room, 1 Somerville Avenue, Seacroft, Leeds LS14 6BG.
