Community Learning Partnerships is preparing to leave its base at the Burton Building in East Leeds after more than 30 years, marking the end of a place that has been home to the organisation and its staff for decades.
The team said the move comes with mixed emotions. A statement from Community Learning Partnerships said: “While we’re sad to be leaving a place that’s been home to us for so long, we’re also really excited for what’s ahead.”
Over the coming weeks, the organisation will move to Shine Workspace in Harehills, a community space where it plans to continue its work across the city.
The team also paid tribute to Avant Homes, offering a “huge thank you” for the support it has provided at the Burton Building over the years. They said the backing had meant a great deal both to staff and to the communities they work with.
Community Learning Partnerships has encouraged people to keep an eye out for further updates as the move progresses.
